TopOCR-Mobile 1.0

We have developed our "next generation" technology based upon integrating a new version of our OCR engine optimized for mobile platforms with our own low memory Mobile Web Browser. This allows mobile devices to have a new kind of application that combines FAST OCR executing on a mobile client device with the ability to send text output to a web server to perform tasks such as translation, searching, and creating contact lists. The entire user interface has been implemented in standard HTML/CSS/Javascript. This system is open and new web based applications can be easily added which can provide completely new functions. Here is the Main Menu screen shot of Release 1.0 which has been ported to Windows Mobile 6.0.

Note:Due to the difficulty of porting to 6-7 (and growing) different phone OS's, and within each OS, individual phones, we are not planning at this time a public product release (we don't want to spend all of our time on porting!). This product is intended to be licensed to OEM's to distribute to their customers. OEM partners interested in the Mobile Web Browser can download a Windows demo version here, note: this demo does not contain the OCR engine.
