There have been mixed signals over your reprivatization plans. Can you clarify what privatizations you will look at again, what the procedures will be, when these reprivatizations are likely to be done and how much extra money they might bring?
We are not talking about reprivatization. We are conducting an administrative review of those privatizations of state property conducted with procedural violations, which resulted in state property beingtransferred to private hands without competitive tenders, objective valuations and other machinations. If there are such privatizations, court actions and arbitrations will be filed to resolve discrepancies in privatization procedures.

What new privatizations are you planning and, again, what will be the procedure, when are they likely and how much money will they generate?
Presently the Government is elaborating a program defining public policy in this sphere and subjects for privatization. It should be mentioned that the priorities have already been assessed. First of all, unprofitable stateowned enterprises and those demanding investments for their functioning are to be closed down. As to the amount of funds raised through privatization, it is due to fulfill the state budget by UAH6 billion this year.
