Select the SAPI Text To Speech Voice.
Open File
Open an existing text file.
Speak
Speak the data in the dialog window.
Pause
Pause speech processing.
Stop
Stop speech processing.
Skip
Allows you to skip a group of words.
Speak Wav
Load an existing WAV file and play it.
Reset
Reset all the dialog parameters to defaults.
Save To Wav
Save the text in the dialog window as a WAV file.
MP3
Launches the MP3 encoder dialog. This allows you to take a previously generated .wav file and encode it as an MP3 file according to the desired parameters. If a Portable Media Player is plugged in, the output file can be saved directly to the device.
